Last few Days!!

These last two weeks of school are taking forever! It seems the last two weeks have gone slower than the rest of the entire sememster together!! Why can't it just be over already? I am so ready to move out of the dorms and back into my house! Things are so much more relaxed at home than up here! I am looking forward to the next few homework free months. Next sememster will take some getting used to. I will have to get up at 5 every morning and drive an hour and a half to get to my 8 o clock class on time! That will definately be interesting! Have a great summer everyone!

9. In what classroom situation would an online simulation be an appropriate learning tool (Chapt. 6)?

One where a website had interactive features that held childrens attention while presenting them with the facts of the lesson in a way that was easy to understand and retain.
8. Describe a learning situation that illustrates the difference between technology that is integrated into a lesson and technology that is tacked onto a lesson (Chapt. 5).9. In what classroom situation would an online simulation be an appropriate learning tool (Chapt. 6)?

A lesson with technology integrated into it provides students and teachers with motivation as well as information such as using a website to teach a lesson, using games and other resources found on the website to teach the entire lesson.

A lesson with technology tacked on is on where the teacher does the lesson in a classrooom as usual then adds a website or interactive online feature to go over what was covered in the lesson.

We will not be getting married until I get out of school in 2010. I am in the Elementary Education program at the University of Southern Mississippi. I will finish my classes in May 2010. We will be getting married on August 7, the day before my birthday and two days after Todd's birthday, 8/5/85. I am very excited and have become very close with my future in-laws. I also love to learn and even though it is very busy I love being in the Education program. I will start my student teaching in August 2010, and hopefully I will be able to student teach somewhere close to home.
